The room was cleaned daily by the staff, sometimes better, sometimes not so well, but overally okay. We really enjoyed the breakfast and dinner at the hotel. Super friendly staff. We liked the view from the restaurant’s terrace to the rose gardens a lot.

Interesting property in that it’s a former castle and has old world charm. Nice breakfast buffet everyday. Indoor pool and sauna were quite nice as well. On the flip side, the elevator didn’t work. The room key kept malfunctioning which required getting it reactivated everyday. The property is a bit worn and aging in a few ways. One annoying thing is the lack of power outlets near the bed (just one). Overall a good stay but could’ve been better.

Beautiful hotel with the best breakfast we ever experienced! The pool was amazing and a huge beautiful garden opens right behind the hotel. Highly recommended!

Zimmer sauber und zweckdienlich, für den Preis voll ok. Der Rest vom Hotel wirkte eher heruntergekommen und nicht wirklich gepflegt (dreckig, kaputte Fliesen, Spinnweben). Das Frühstück war schlichtweg katastrophal. Tiefkühlkuchen werden als selbstgemacht angepriesen, die Auswahl sehr eingeschränkt. Für ein 2* ausreichend, für ein 4* in Österreich definitiv nicht! Wellnessbereich waren wir nicht. Fazit: zum schlafen für eine Nacht ok, frühstücken geht man besser in Baden wo.

Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel en eigenaresse, mooie ruime en schone kamer. Ontvangst met hapjes en prosecco. Lekker uitgebreid ontbijt. Goede locatie, je loopt zo het park in of naar het Thermalstrandbad. Hebben een fijn verblijf gehad en lekker tot rust gekomen. Het hotel is nog maar net een paar weken geopend nadat het is overgenomen door de huidige eigenaresse. Nog niet alles functioneert zoals het hoort, stoombad was nog niet open, keycards deden het een paar keer niet (alsof ze telkens maar voor een dag geautoriseerd waren?), kamer werd niet elke dag schoongemaakt wat prima is, maar toiletpapier en schone handdoeken moesten we om vragen. Geen vervelende dingen overigens, maar wel aandachtspunten.

Bâtiment jolie mais un petit rafraîchissement serait bien… petite piscine (eau non chauffée, faut demander le chemin car non indiqué) Par contre le restaurant du soir soyez patient ! Car le personnel met beaucoup de temps à réaliser que vous êtes là… mais le repas était très bon. Le petit déjeuner était excellent (choix variés)

Wir waren 4 Nächte und waren rundum zufrieden. Nach der neuübernahme im Juli/August durch die Hotelkette Pytloun herrscht Aufbruchstimmung. Es wird gereinigt und gewerkelt an allen Ecken und Enden "im positiven Sinne". Als Gast bekommt man wenig davon mit, bzw. störte es uns nicht. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Preis - Leistungs Verhältnis hervorragend. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder! Danke an das Hotel Team und alles gute für den Start. Das Hotel mit seinem Schloss Charme und der Lage hat ein sehr großes Potenzial.

Schlüsselkarten funktionieren nur einen Tag Frühstück mit 20€ zu hoch. Zimmer mit Geruch, denke es war ein Raucherzimmer. Es funktioniert nur ein Aufzug im Gebäude. Das meister Personal ist der Landessprache nicht mächtig. Zahlung per Überweisung, Keine Abstimmung mit Expedia Abbuchung. Betrag wurde jetzt doppelt gezahlt. Kreditkartenzahlung nicht möglich. Klärung offen.

Wir sind am Eröffnungswochenende angereist. Trotz einiger Startschwierigkeiten (zB Kartenzahlung hat nicht funktioniert) waren alle Mitarbeiter sehr bemüht uns einen tollen Aufenthalt zu bieten. Es gab Begrüßungsgetränke. Unser Zimmer war im neuen Teil und war sehr schön und sauber. Es war ruhig und wir konnten gut schlafen. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und schmackhaft. Einziger Nachteil war, dass sie keinen Nutella hatten ;) Alles in Allem war das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis in diesem Hotel unschlagbar.

Meget smukt stort hotel i gammel stil. Med Stor flot rosen have. Vi var de første gæster i ny åbning så der manglede tv signal for at kunne se VM finalen. Men personalet gjorde alt hvad de kunne for at hjælpe med at finde en løsning. Som blev på det kæmpe store casino i den lille by Baden. Vi fik ALT service og god morgenmad. Vi kan klart anbefale hotellet og håber de kommer godt op at køre.
