We had a fantastic three night stay. Location is quiet yet close to everything. Staff extremely helpful. breakfast buffet had every kid want in a breakfast and more. Breakfast staff fantastic. Consierge very helpful when we needed help booking train tickets. Highly recommend this hotel.

We had an absolutely amazing stay! The hotel is in a perfect location, wonderfully clean, and incredibly comfortable. The staff were polite and respectful, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. Can’t wait to come back!

I enjoyed my stay at Keio. It’s close to the bus and train station. The staff are so helpful as well. Paul helped me with purchasing my bus tickets to Mt. Fuji, and how to get to the station. Another young lady front the front desk helped me with my bullet train ticket. I entered the wrong email address and she helped me with retrieving my ticket. She called the company to get the matter resolved. The housekeeping staff did an amazing job cleaning each day. I will definitely but staying here again whenever I visit Japan again.

The entire staff on the Concierge staff were very helpful and friendly! We were able to understand even though we don’t speak Japanese! Our room was gorgeous on 36th floor and we loved our breakfasts and snacks in 45th floor. All servers were excellent!

The Keio Plaza Hotel is perfectly located near the Shinjuku train station across from the landmark Government Building. The staff was amazing and very helpful. The restaurants are excellent and the breakfast buffet offers a very large selection and is delicious.

The Keio Plaza Hotel Tokyo Premier Grand was magnificent! The service was off the charts. The views from the 45th-floor restaurant were spectacular, matching the amazing breakfast they serve. The happy hour and afternoon tea are also great. We would stay here again in a heartbeat—our highest recommendation.
