This property is a beautiful area, surrounded by nature. It’s a very pretty Resort. Unfortunately the property needs to be kept up better. Over the years it has become old and deteriorated, they need to do a better job to maintain it fix what coming apart. Overall from the outside, beautiful, but once you started to see it needs slit if work and they aren’t doing a good job to maintain and a bit of lack in cleanliness. Lots os super webs everywhere. Staff was good and friendly. Thank you

Great location in a forest. Very peaceful with beautiful sunsets over Rio Plata. Very big suites with comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Lovely big swimming pool. Good fitness facility.

With a building that looks more like a work of art nestled in a forest, the resort is a unique experience! You can see that the building is a little aged and in need of some maintenance, but nothing that would lose the shine of the place.

Um hotel a ser conhecido e desfrutado

Hotel muito confortável e de beleza natural exuberante. Por ter me hospedado fora de temporada, o local estava bastante vazio, prejudicando o funcionamento de um bar muito bonito. O café da manhã poderia ser melhor, pelo porte do hotel. Preços de refeições e bebidas não muito amigáveis.

Lugar incrível, mas precisa de um pouco de manutenção. Fomos na baixa temporada e achamos que o serviço poderia ser melhor em alguns momentos, às vezes tinha serviço na piscina e no outro dia não por exemplo. Os preços são caros e a qualidade não faz jus ao preço.

O lugar é incrível, localização em uma província única do Uruguai. O projeto do resort é fascinante, mas está faltando cuidado por parte dos administradores, a equipe do hotel não dá atenção aos hóspedes, você senta nas cadeiras da piscina e ninguém vem servir. As atividades do resort são soltas, não há animação, não há música. A cama é grande, mas claramente colchão mole e afundando, entre alguns outros detalhes em que estão pecando.

Lugar único, decoracão super agradável. Spa Sensacional e com massagens maravilhosas. O que precisa melhorar é a qualidade do café da manhã, todos os dias foram oferecidos a mesma coisa sem troca ou alteracão no cardápio e o atendimento no jantar bastante lento.

Todo fue perfecto: la habitacion duplex, la atencion del spa (especial mencion a Edda que nos coordino la agenda) y las instalaciones. Lo que me parece bastante excesivo es el precio de comer en el restaurant, demasiado! Si bien la gastronomia es muy buena, no se justifica lo costoso.

Todo el personal es superamable y atento a cualquier cosa que necesites. El lugar el precioso, los bungalows enormes y muy bien decorados, los atardeceres mágicos. La comida no me pareció wow, pero estaba muy bien.
