We stayed at the 1Hotel in Miami so were looking forward to our stay in LA. Great location on Sunset Blvd so close to some fantastic restaurants and cafes, along with shopping and sightseeing. The rooftop pool and bars at the hotel are beautiful, with a nice compact gym space too. We enjoyed the Alo wellness event and the yoga session at the hotel too, along with a nice meal at Madeo too. The room was clean and spacious with nice amenities included, with a very efficient valet service for our car too. A great stay, so highly recommend this hotel!

The staff was helpful and friendly. The food excellent. The dim lighting and comfortable furniture was truly enjoyable. Rooms awesome with great views. Beds are beyond comfortable. Best hotel. Will look forward to returning. Great location too.

Lovely hotel in great location. Issue is the aircon. The way it’s been built means individual units in each room which are really noisy. They are integrated rather than the basic wall mounted but unfortunately it’s a huge design flaw. Management are well aware of it being an issue but sent an engineer to appease me. I guess they just hope to you give up complaining as they don’t really have a solution beyond an even louder fan (I genuinely don’t understand how it could be so loud) or switch it off and be hot! I wouldn’t stay here again I’m afraid

Absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff were friendly & helpful. The aesthetic of the property in general is where this place really shines as I enjoyed having live plants everywhere including inside the room mixed with the modern boho vibe. The lobby bar area is probably one of the better hotel lobby bar experiences I’ve had as the waitress was incredibly kind, the drinks were fantastic, and the cozy couches and chairs were wonderful to sit on. I will be returning to this hotel.
