Great service - everyone is super courteous. We especially appreciated everyone from the front desk, to the breakfast wait staff, to the porters - super cheerful even though the hotel was fully booked and I imagine quite stressful. The views by the way are STUNNING.

This was our fourth stay at what has become our home in NYC.. never disappoints.. from the friendly staff (who seem to be there year after year like Marek) to the amazing room service to the unbearable location. This is the only place to stay in NYC for those who want to avoid the horrible tourist trap of Times Sq and who want an authentic friendly experience.

Staff was great, location is very convenient to Subway and shopping. My only complaint was the elevators weren’t working the first day were there. The staff had to operate manually and it took very long to get up to the 36th floor. Would stay again as long as the elevators are working.

Great location, rooms are nice, staff was helpful. The big downside was the elevators. The only have 4 and one was not working. You had to wait 10-15 when going up or coming down. Very frustrating. That was the only issue.
