Excellent clean room, amazing staff and security, fabulous check-in, everyone is very relaxed and professional, which is why I keep returning, the Besh Turkish restaurant was a huge surprise the food was amazing there I would recommend. Sheraton mall of emirates is really a great hotel, I have stayed at many hotels in Dubai but always love the relaxed atmosphere it’s really a great hotel
