The property is being renovated so there are very limited amenities. The staff are super helpful, friendly and professional. We stayed in a building adjacent to the building where the reception is. The building was old and obviously in need of an upgrade but room and bathroom were clean. Location on the River Walk is super.

The staff were friendly and pleasant. Unfortunately the property is in dire need of fixing and upgrading. Our room had wet carpet from the leaking Air-conditioner, the inner curtains of the room were missing and the main curtain wouldn't close completely. The beds were decent and the linens were clean. The hotel restaurant was good and decently priced.

Location is good- 1.7M to Hyde park. River view couldn't be seen through cloudy nasty film on sliders, sliders stuck and not working properly. Listen to bells chime at church all night long on the hour. Under construction so currently noisy. Room okay but has been worn hard. Fridge and safe helpful.
