From the moment that I walked in, the front desk and management were extremely helpful and very kind. This place is amazing location and very convenient. I highly recommend doing yourself a favor and booking here at this hotel at least for a few nights.

Excellent service, very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is well maintained, amenities are clean and function perfectly. We got free room upgrade. The river view is terrific at different lighting. The hotel has a shuttle boat to take you to public pier which is one hop to the city's megamall ICONSIAM. Breakfast has high variety of food of all kinds. Highly recommend overall.

A great location on the river with a regular shuttle ferry to Sathon Pier. The pool facility and breakfast are very good indeed and the staff have been exceptionally friendly and helpful. Overall a first class stay and I look forward to staying again.

A beautiful riverfront hotel with convenient free shuttle service to multiple ports along the river, including the massive IconSiam dining and shopping experience! Beautiful king room with balcony overlooking the river was such a treat in the morning to watch the sun rise. The breakfast buffet was well appointed with delicacies but did not have as many Thai items as had hoped. The pool and its beautiful views day or night cannot be missed. The staff was attentive to every detail of our stay. The hotel offers an in room massage option which we took advantage of and it was fantastic! Looking forward to future visit to Bangkok and a stay here again!

Chatrium is among the finest hotels I have experienced in Bangkok. The staff were exceptionally professional and attentive. My two-bedroom river-view suite offered a phenomenal outlook, and the accommodations were remarkably spacious with highly comfortable bedding. The breakfast service was excellent, featuring a diverse selection of high-quality dishes. Furthermore, the hotel provides a private shuttle boat service to and from IconSiam, which serves as an efficient alternative to navigating local traffic. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
