A great view of the mountains and a nice break to relax in between Osaka and Tokyo. Would definitely recommend and would come back! Complimentary shuttle service to Gora/Sounzan stations very convenient. The food from the restaurant was AMAZING!!! Didn’t go in the onsen because of tattoos. Loved the breakfast. The area is beautiful and the hotel was great. The staff was so accommodating and there was a shuttle to take us too and from town, which was a life saver with the steep inclines. The onsen and spa were beautiful and we loved all of the complimentary items provided to us. We were a family of four and our room was so large it was amazing. The staff were wonderful and so helpful and we enjoyed our favourite meal of the trip in the sushi restaurant. Most definitely a highlight.
