I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from. Overall, a wonderful experience!
Great location. Close to Northeastern and lot's of good dining options. Room was comfortable and the sofa bed came in handy. Has valet parking which helps due to limited street parking. Made our stay in Boston lovely.
Staff was very friendly and responsive. The suite was immaculate with a fantastic view of the baseball field. Very convenient for the college area and the best breakfast buffet we’ve ever had.
It was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful, Breakfast was decent but not always stocked as guests flocked in.
The street noise at night was very loud and the neighborhood was not a place to walk around at night.
I was attending a conference at Northeastern University and it was a convenient walk to the campus. The hotel provided breakfast in the morning and the stay was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful!

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities
Will probably stay there again soon, close to airport and schools of Fenway. The breakfast was perfect. The valet is a bit pricey. I don't like that they dont give the Bonvoy points because we got it thru a 3rd party, we still have a choice to pick what hotel we stay in.
Room was cleaned well. Front staff is always chit chatting with each other not to friendly but notice it was a Boston thing not too friendly.
Clean room with great air conditioning. Kitchen had a few nice touches like salt and pepper and an empty jug for water. Nice size with a place to eat and separate couch area. Nice breakfast spread with different hot dishes each day.
Everything was perfect apart from the restaurant was permanently closed as was the bar? I find it strange that a hotel as nice as this only provides a small snack counter, self service, of course but nothing else. Don't get me wrong there's a few very good restaurants close by but given the amount of rough sleepers on the sidewalk you wouldn't really want to stroll through them at night. So we ordered in. Apart from that there's a fantastic shop across the road 3 minutes away that sells everything it's brilliant 😃.
Room was clean and the parking on the street was very accessible. That was probably one of the biggest advantages - easy street parking if you have a car. (Free on the weekends, otherwise 2 hours on weekdays before moving to another location on the street.)
