Stayed for 3 nights and the receptionist was helpful upon arrival. Breakfast was great for the two days and the place was quiet for the most part at night (not in a busy area), right in the middle of Disney and Universal.

Great hotel choice if you are planning on going to Disney parks like we did. It was in a convenient location, the property itself was modern, super clean and overall great atmosphere. The breakfast was nice, they replenish as things start to get low and it’s kept clean. I enjoyed staying here, and would definitely do it again if I’m ever in the area.

Hotel was very nice and clean. Nice amenities and large rooms. Staff was very fast and frirndly. Only complaint we had was the second elevator wasn’t working and the jacuzzi wasn’t working either both looked like they haven’t been functional for a long time. Just a bad look caution tape all over the pool area. But not the end of the world.

Room was clean and comfortable, loved having the extra space and a kitchenette. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was overall pretty good with a variety of options, not super impressed with the some of the common breakfast staples though. Was not thrilled about having to pay $20 something for parking per night. The location was good but incredibly busy, especially during theme park closing rush. The pool and pool area is nice, and lovely to sit out in the evening.

Everything was great but the room's window did not include a full curtain. Due to this, the sun came through and lit up the room. Since I checked in late at night, I was hoping to get a decent amount of rest. Winded up only getting 4 hours of sleep instead.
