First time at the resort as a solo traveler I was pleased on how beautiful and clean the property was. All the employees knew English so that was a plus, the staff was very pleasant, entertainment every night and The After Dark Club was live and pack. Over all I will recommend and visit again

Staff was awesome, food could use improvement, limited and lunch choices not good, although breakfast was the best

The hotel itself is beautiful and clean and the ocean front room was the best view I’ve ever had. Staff were friendly and helpful, however, the food was extremely mediocre and not very appetizing. It was a laid-back atmosphere which was what we were looking for. Hotel and staff were well above average but just didn’t care for the food at all. I would like to give a shout out to Dulce at the Wink Lobby Bar! She was extremely attentive and went above and beyond to make sure we were pleased.

best all inclusive in cancun! the food was impressive. the staff was friendly and helpful. it was peaceful. the rooftop pool is worth the views you get. you can definitely get drunk with ease and you don’t have to leave the property to be entertained. the rooms are so nice to be in. the beds sleep wonderfully. i suggest getting an ocean view room.
