The staff was very polite and helpful, and the morning breakfast included with the room was fantastic. Also, the hotel has a great central location in the city. I recommend this hotel for your next trip to Singapore.

What a lovely hotel, very opulent but staff were really friendly to everyone. It was in a very convenient location with easy access to the metro, walking options were also good. The room was excellent, very comfortable and large bed, with all mod cons. We used the cocktail bar on the 70th floor, stunning views, worth a visit. Overall would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

I stayed 9 nights work and vacation and the only remark i have was that is a very busy hotel. Especially the pool is crowded as it seems that fairmont and swissotel are sharing the same pool. Not ideal and especially as a couple without kids. Location is perfect, the fitness i liked a lot and the room is spacious and good insulated.
