I would like to thank the staff. I have there names and titles. Front Office: Jerzy, Valene, Andre were great and very helpful. I cannot forget the Restaurant Workers: Diane, Valerie and Sarah were very hospitable and nice. Barmen: Dominique, Malick made my orders very well. Franck the manager of the restaurant. Special shout out to Andre and Sarah because there were very helpful. I was here 2 weeks straight. Please give these people a raise because they were very professional. They made my stay so nice, I did not want to leave.

I arrived at 5 am so had easted almost a day due to flight timings. I tried to negotiate a late checkout, again because of my return flight time, however there was no give and take and a flat no. The hotel was fine but some of the staff, especially the bar staff, were, on occasion, quite rude (with the exception of one guy who was awesome).

If you need help or if you have questions, the hotel answers after 1 week, when it is too late - or even not! I got no visa for gabun and they even didn't answer to my question if a change of date is possible! Terrible hotel! Never again!

Not great

Room was not ready at prescribed check-in time. Staff was indifferent and not helpful. Fixtures in the room were falling apart. Lucky I had cash at checkout because they suddenly informed me that they couldn’t accept credit card for the city tax.

It too one hour to get checked in The manager on duty tool for ever to do the paperwork. I had to forward the Expedia reservation as they claimed they did not receive it from Expedia. The room smelled And I requested to extend until 14;30 and had to pay half the price of a full day. Was not happy at all with the reception.

Decevant - Mauvais rapport qualité/prix

Très mauvais rapport qualité prix. C'est comme si Le Radisson avait pris plusieurs vieilleries pour les mettre dans cet hotel. Les serviettes de douche remises sont plus usées que les tapis de douche. L'entretien n'y est pas et encore moins la qualité de service du personnel. Sa localisation et le manque de choix, contraignent à y rester malgré tout.

Séjour de 10 jours dans le meilleur hôtel de Libreville. Les restaurants proposés sont convenables et le se vice en chambre super bien. Dommage qu'il n'y a pas d'autres alternatives de même standard car l'offre d'hébergement local est limitée.
