This is an excellent hotel that we just picked by shear good luck. The hotel is very clean, breakfast buffet is fantastic, rooms are clean with fresh water in the fridge everyday. Hotel staff very friendly & spoke basic English which helped for us. Location is great as well, right next to Canal City shopping & food and a short walk to Hakata station which is a major hub making travel anywhere easy. Neighborhood very safe as well. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Fukuoka!

Clean room, kind staff and delicious restaurant. Location was great! Everything except pillows… something about those pillows gave me headaches. Other than that I enjoyed it!

Great hotel in a good location. Staff are very courteous and helpful. The Onsen/public bath is excellent, with and indoor and outdoor jacuzzi. Would have liked a cold plunge, but the steam room made up for it. Canal City shopping across the street with a fun nightly fountain show, and a few solid bakeries right next door.

The rooms were nice and clean, and the property was excellently located. We enjoyed our stay; however, the elevators were very slow and often required at least 5 minutes waits—with wait times exceeding 15 minutes in the evenings!
