Hotel was great. Large room and bathroom and great facilities at the hotel. Front desk services were very helpful On arrival. Close to lots of things and the city is very walkable. Loved our stay.

Impeccable and efficient service from the receptionists. The room was well cleaned daily. The hotel was well placed in a central area of Boston. We were able to comfortably explore most of Boston by foot. Overall very clean hotel with great service and nice amenities. Will definitely return!

Great location with easy walking to other districts. Fabulous old hotel full of history but that has been tastefully renovated and upgraded. Lovely hotel and our stay was made even better with the wonderful staff - a big thank you to Jenna on the concierge desk who gave us some fabulous restaurant recommendations and to Saleem on reception.

This is the first time we have stayed at this property. The location, accommodations and staff were fantastic. I was especially impressed by the customer service provided by the staff. Every staff member greeted us personally, asked if we needed anything and invariably wished us a good day. The staff alone made our stay a pleasure-able experience.

The linens including the towels and the bedding were so clean and smelled so fresh. Not sure if that is reason the room air is of a really clean fresh wonderful scent. The king bed seemed bigger than normal king bed and it was so pristinely made daily with that (clean and fresh) white bedding that we couldn’t wait to rest on it to watch TV when we got back from a long day out in the city. The whole hotel was maintained beautifully modern and classic, with nothing that needed updating or remodeling. The staff were efficient and very friendly. Easy valet service for my car. The only thing I wished was available in the room is a bucket of ice brought in during the evening or cold drinking water and also some cold sodas like coke cans in the mini fridge would be really nice. Overall a very comfortable and pleasant stay. We would stay here come back the next time we are in Boston.
