I would highly recommend this hotel. The only issue we had was that there was not daily cleaning. I actually never saw hotel cleaning staff in the halls, but the room and hotel were very clean so I am not sure where they were. The hotel is near so many attractions and restaurants. On the second floor is a room with a pool table, air hockey, and other games which was a nice break.

Great location and converted old Virgin Hotel. Room was fine and hotel basics were fine. There wasn’t any room service daily or for my 3 night stay. There was a strike for housekeepers and they were LOUD out front everyday. Not sure what the hotel fee was for on top of Expedia hotel charge was for, they gave me 2 waters the first day and that was it. They also upsell their vacation club/time share a lot, kinda odd.

We chose this hotel for my husband’s birthday weekend. The room was spacious clean and trendy. The bed was so comfortable. The happy hour was excellent and the game room and bar on the second floor was fabulous. The customer service was phenomenal. They surprised my husband with a goody bag for his birthday which was the icing on the cake. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations but it was still a great stay.

The staff! Each staff were helpful, present and with great service. Kudos to Shea at the front desk as she was warm in her greetings, answered all my questions, and most of all a kind, helpful person. Great staff! Rooms always clean, always well prepared. They are transitioning from Virgin so updating g cafes etc. Didn’t notice.
