Bedding in room. There are only flat sheets on the bed, no comforter. Staff attentiveness during restaurant service. Staff often ignored us and walked by us several times without acknowledgment. Have to hunt down a server for a drink or a refill.

Room was nice and clean. Hallways were beautiful. Grounds were clean. Food in buffets werent always hot enough. There were no microwaves in rooms and no room service which was a big downfall with children.

The room seemed to be fairly clean, but only two flat pillows and only sheets on the bed. The shower and sinks were very old and the water smelled like corroded piping, did not enjoy the showers. The room was very noisy with the adjacent rooms and hallway. We enjoyed the beach, it was beautiful and clear water. However, we ended renting cabanas because the beach was public and was very overrun with families. No beachchairs ever available. The restaurants were great, with good service and excelllent food. I enjoyed it for one stay but would not return.

I recently stayed here and overall had a pleasant experience. The property is clean and well-maintained, and the atmosphere is relaxing. The staff were friendly and attentive, and check-in was quick and smooth. The room itself was comfortable, with everything I needed for a short stay. That said, there are a few areas that could be improved. Some of the amenities felt limited, and the room could use a bit of updating. A little more attention to detail especially with maintenance.

Staff is great. Rooms are clean but i dont think cuos sre changed or cleaned in the rooms as i saw makrs on the cups. Twice sheets with marks on them. Also you need more vegan and daury free food on the reskrt. If skmeone like me has a milk allergy its very hard to fond food.

The resort is dated. There’s mold in the bathrooms. Esp the sinks. The food is horrible. There’s only one pool and not many restaurants. Beach area is very small and fills up fast. You can hear through the walls in the room. Theres no nightly entertainment. The staff was attentive and nice but i would not stay here again.

Very good place to stay with family and kids . People are nice there. A lot of different options of foods , love the bar in the pool with a good Pima colada. The beach is perfect for kids and family. It’s our 2nd vacation We had a wonderful time at this all-inclusive resort. The food was delicious so many options to choose form and the staff very friendly all the time, they really make you feel welcome.They went out of their way to help me celebrate my birthday! The staff were all very nice, welcoming, and attentive, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I also want to thanks the concierge Kayla, she very wonderful and very friendly was hospitable and made me feel special every day I was there I will definitely be back I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation .❤️
