Phenomenal with everything! Our private villa was amazing, the hotel property is beautiful and tranquil, the staff is the best, friendliest and most helpful! The only negative is it’s a bit far from all the piers for activities like tours to phi phi and surrounding islands, but it’s closer to the airport

Best hotel ever! It's not only about luxury. It's about the things you need and the things that make sense. A pool in my room, love it. A washer and dryer in my suite. Love it! Also love the total of 3 showers inside and outside. The location is also perfect. Access to stores, restaurants and the infamous 7/11 store.

Gorgeous resort and staff. This place was marvelous. Exceeded my expectations. We booked a 2 bedroom suite and were upgraded to a 2 bedroom with private pool. This resort had everything — bikes, tennis courts, beach, kids and teen clubs. Wish we could stay for 6 months.

we had a villa with a small pool. The room/villa was great. we didn't have the best weather, so it was raining a bit and for the kids that was annoying. The kids club is great for small kids, but not for older ones. The food was really good. Overall we enjoyed the place a lot.
