Gorgeous hotel with excellent service. Loved the fact that it’s relatively small. Breakfast was delicious. Traveled with a baby and stuff provided tons accommodations including crib, bathtub, toys, eating utensils etc. The location is very good, walkable to pretty much every tourist site.

Had an amazing stay at Singer Palace. From the second we walked in they pampered and spoiled us with everything we wanted and more! We looked forward to a delicious breakfast every morning on the terrace. Honestly was one of my favorite moments of the trip. It’s also a nice quiet retreat from the crowds outside as it is greatly located walking distance from Trevi, the Pantheon and the Colusseum. Highly recommend!

Rome visit

Singer palace is a prime location in the heart of everything with a great rooftop. Additionally, the Irish bar next door is one of the better late night bar options nearby. Everything was well maintained with a very high level of service.

Perfect!

We had only 2 days to spend in Rome so we wanted to fit in as much as possible. Between the very friendly and helpful staff and the wonderful location we had an amazing time! The hotel reached out to us months in advance to assist in arranging transportation and tours. The location is perfect and very close to Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Piazza Navona, the Pantheon among others. The hotel is beautiful and spotless. We will definitely stay there again (hopefully soon!). A special thank you to Greta for getting us last minute dinner reservations!

The location is phenomenal. Trevi Fountain, the Colosseum, the Pantheon, Jewish Ghetto and Synagogue, Spanish Steps, even the Vatican is in walkable distance. The room we stayed in was small (for American standards) but clean and well kept. The staff members were all extraordinary, always kind and helpful. Food and drinks served at the hotel were superb. Rome in itself is an amazing city, traffic is extreme and would not recommend driving.Taxis are cheap and widely available. The only con is the hotel was pricy, but the service provided definitely justified the cost.

Great location - short walk to many popular sites, shopping and restaurants. Wonderful hotel with excellent and helpful staff! Breakfast was delicious and the drinks on the rooftop terrace were wonderful. We had the room with the terrace attached which was great for some added space. Rooms were well stocked with little luxuries like specialty teas, still and sparkling waters, and welcome treats. Overall the staff were very accommodating and helpful and we would stay there again. Note that the area itself is quite busy and if you have a vehicle, you park in a different area arranged by the hotel. Do this in advance. The hotel reception was very good about arranging this for us.

We love this hotel! We stayed for 3 nights and did not find any fault. From reception, bellboy, housekeeping, concierge and staff from breakfast they were all wonderful and very polite. We arrived with our car rental and they help us register since this is in the ztl area. Other hotels will not do this. The location is very central, walkable to everything including Vatican which is around 40 mins walk. Singer palace is pricey but same with other hotel in the area but they do deliver. They give you more than a 5 star service. We had dinner here and the food did not disappoint. Thank you so much for making our stay pleasant and wonderful. Just beautiful from start to finish. The bed is just heavenly. The rooms and bathrooms beautifully appointed. Gorgeous linens and dressing gowns. Every detail has been carefully thought out. The coasters and placemats and ornaments are just stunning. The marble staircase. But most of all the Team who are, without exception, so welcoming and just fantastic. The breakfast is divine. The Sicilian, blood orange juice will be in my dreams. The eggs and datterino tomatoes just the best I’ve tasted. We spent a lot of time in Jim’s bar, their gorgeous rooftop bar. We ate in the restaurant which wasn’t busy so lacking a bit of atmosphere but excellent nevertheless. Special thanks to Frederica and Jonathan who were so warm and welcoming.

This is definitely a boutique hotel. It is small throughout, has limited amenities, and was VERY difficult to find when we arrived in Rome. The staff was great, very helpful and very focused on their clients. Our room was small (even by big-city standards), but had a comfortable bed. No views to speak off. The hotel is fairly new and still has that 'clean' feel to it. Location is good, within walking distance of many of Rome's attractions. We walked as far as the Vatican. The value for this property just is not there. $500 per night for a standard room with no view and limited amenities just did not feel worth it. Even for Rome prices. Would look at alternatives before staying here again.
