Overall, had an amazing trip! I can’t say enough good things about the staff. Property was very clean and we had plenty to do. My real only complaint was the difficulty of getting dinner reservations but we were also there during Spring break which I’m sure made it more difficult.

Busy, modern, and active resort with lots of things to do. We especially liked the Cafe Bistro with touch screen ordering, the poolside little cooking stations for a taco or nachos as a snack, the evening shows (esp the breakdancing one). The staff all seemed happy, engaged and proud to work there.

The pool entertainment staff was awesome! They rotate the activities a bit every day for variety. The room was a bit small for the 2 large suitcases we brought so one was relegated to the floor. The bartenders were all great and the staff very friendly and accommodating. Lastly, this is a very large property and they have golf carts which can take you anywhere you want to go -- take advantage of them!

Our stay was at Moon Palace Sunrise with full access to Nizuc and limited access to Grand. Sunrise is very large and very populated. The pool is awesome.The food and entertainment are very good. But there is a need for more "grab and go" fooderies. The staff are all couteous and helpful.
