Best place we have ever stayed in! From the minute you arrive to the lobby, to your room, every restaurant, every meal was an amazing experience! Every single person you encounter during your day is welcoming, happy, you feel the genuine- hola. We really got to experience what it feels to go on a vacation to recharge and relax! For all the fellow vegan people, this is your place to stay in and try everything in their menus ♥️
The most beautiful and relaxing wellness resort. The staff is wonderful, the rooms are large and extremely well done, the food was much better than most all inclusive options (amazing for vegans but options for non vegans as well). The big stand out here is the spa. The spa in the middle of the jungle is unlike anything I’ve experienced. Although expensive the spa is worth every penny. Can’t wait to return.
Great hotel. Especially for solo travelers or a girls trip. Went with a friend and we had a digital detox. Would totally be comfortable going back by myself. The food was amazing!
Amazing resort already thinking about when to return. Cassandra and Oscar our nomadic guides were amazing, Ale at Lek and Ume restaurant was fantastic along with Samuel and Raul at Su Casa. Such a perfect holiday. I enjoyed the classes ran by Roxy the best
My husband and I absolutely loved our stay. One of the most incredible resorts we have stayed at - the service definitely made our stay more enjoyable. The staff really do go above and beyond. The daily activities were also amazing. Can't wait to return.
Everything about this place is excellent. The staff are great, service is spot on. Beautiful property. Vegan forward but they are accommodating of all food choices. Loved our pool front room. Great activities - yoga, and sound baths. Above and beyond all inclusive…Premium tequilas and chill vibes. Daily brunch on the beach, one of a kind.
If you’re looking to escape the city and truly relax, this is the perfect place. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by nature. Although it’s an all-inclusive vegan resort, but we are not vegan , so we also enjoyed the fish and steak—they were delicious! The drinks were exceptional, and the staff was amazing—friendly, helpful, and always welcoming. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.
Special Thanks to Kasandra and Oscar .
They made our stay exceptional, they very attentive and caring.
Exceptional customer service, with creative and delicious vegan food
There are fish, beef, shrimp and chicken options which can be substituted
The meditation, sound immersion, movement and art classes are very good and helped us unplug from work and stress.
This is our second visit and …. Likely will return again.
The food options have decreased since we went 4 years ago. There are only 3 restaurants, so you end up eating at the same one multiple nights. That would be fine if the menu had more options, but each one only has 3 or 4 options on the main selection. The room service menu is also very small and sad, and the food we tried on that was not edible.
Property is beautiful and peaceful, work out room is really nice. We come here for the small resort size and quiet, and Palmai delivers on that. They maintain the property really well and deserve recognition for that.
Overall we won’t come back until the menu options change or increase.
Our vacation was PERFECT in every way! This resort is amazing! Set within a jungle next to the ocean! The food was amazing- the service was always EXCELLENT- the staff was VERY ATTENTIVE- and our Nomadic Guides (Oscar and Andre) we're very helpful with any of our questions. We will BE BACK!!!
Everything was perfect. The property is immaculate and the food is excellent. This is our second time at Palmaia, and it’s just as great as our first time.
The food and staff here are out of this world. They go above and beyond- the nomadic guides are available to help with all your questions via text. Danny and Fernando at the pool were awesome. Luis and Carlos and everyone at the restaurants does an amazing job! The food is great! There is something for everyone at every meal- you will find your favorites at every restaurant. Best experience at a Mexican resort in my 20 plus years of traveling there- definitely the best all inclusive experience! BTW if you like wine and martinis- this place does both very well! The vibes are calm and Plantissa was my daughter's favorite. Already planning our return visit!
The Resort was beautiful. Staff was friendly and service was excellent. Food was amazing, did not have a bad meal.
Overall excellent experience, we will be returning
This place was a dream. Beautiful location, incredibly friendly staff, delicious food. Rooms were lovely and clean. Multiple pools, wonderful activities. Can’t wait to go back!
