We always stay at this hotel when in Tokyo for business. The staff are lovely and helpful. The rooms are clean and well appointed. The amenities are plentiful, and the location is great.

Excellent hotel! The staff was incredibly warm, professional, and attentive throughout our visit. Plus, the location is super convenient. The rooms are on the smaller side, but they are well-maintained and comfortable.

Great views. Great staff. Perfect location to visit all of Tokyo and two stops to the bullet train. The room was spacious for Tokyo and perfect for our first trip to Japan. We appreciate the kindness of the staff; they were always helpful.

Excellent spot with a few train line options, easy access to ginza and plenty of food and shops around. Hotel feels fresh and the view from the bar on reception on level 24 is excellent

Excellent location. Next to metro line. Hotel is located on the 24th floor of a tower and it goes up to the 38th floor offering great city views. Friendly staff. Room was on the 38th floor but wasn’t big. it had an amazing view of the city and Tokyo Tower. Lots of amenities in the room as well as executive lounge access.
