Superb place to stay by the bay in Yokohama! Good value too, especially when compared to what you’ll pay in Tokyo. Yet, not only is this an excellent full service hotel with comfortable and spacious rooms, but there is so much to see and do right here in Yokohama itself. However, when the pull of Tokyo becomes irresistible, it is a very easy train ride away. Outstanding!

Staff, AC, and breakfast was excellent. However, we booked bay club room for 3 nights, breakfast was fine either at the lounge or downstairs buffet, the cocktail hour is a different story. Available non alcoholic drinks was excellent with many choices, but the food items at cocktail hour were exactly the SAME for all 3 nights. I would recommend changing at least one item for each night so that guest that are staying multiple nights won't get bored with cocktail hour food.

Incredibly convenient location. The hotel is attached to a mall and train station. Cosmo world is across the street and a multi-story onsen is a 4-min walk away. The rooms are very spacious and the staff was friendly and helpful. I 10/10 recommend this hotel. The price point was also fantastic for what you get.

Had a very good experience staying at Yokohama Bay Hotel. The staff were extremely polite, friendly, and always willing to help. The location is perfect and the overall service is outstanding. The only slight downside is that the room looks a bit old, but it was spotlessly clean, which made the stay very comfortable.
