Absolutely FABULOUS stay! I had read prior reviews but can assure you we had nothing but the most amazing stay! Brilliant and courteous staff, amazing breakfast buffet, lovely amenities! They let us check in early and out late as we had a 6 year old who was very sleepy! The sabarage was a lovely touch as well on the Friday! As we were having dinner in the tea room we had a lovely gentleman from the front desk come over to ask if my daughter could have some chocolates from the patisserie however the other staff members had gifted her them prior! Also the doormen were all super lovely and welcoming and helpful. 10/10 a highlight of our trip and I can assure you we will be booking again on our next trip. Thank you to all the team we met on our stay!

A truly 5 star experience. They looked after us so beautifully. The butler service is amazing. Really amazing breakfast with great service from Evonne especially. Every single member of staff is focussed on customer care in a way I’ve rarely seen before. Even in a country of excellent customer service the St Regis stands apart.

Breakfast menu was probably one of the best I’ve had! Barring one rude staff member who told us he can’t sit around serving us all day when we asked for help with our flights in the midst of the Middle East conflict, the rest were so courteous, helpful and extremely polite! 4.5/5 overall! Would’ve given it 5 if it wasn’t for that rude staff member.

We held our wedding at The St. Regis Singapore 16 years ago, so returning for a staycation to celebrate our anniversary with our children felt incredibly nostalgic and special. We were warmly welcomed by the reception team, who surprised our children with two St. Regis bears and prepared a lovely chocolate setup in our room. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay — from the automatic turndown curtains and ambient lighting in the evening, to the coffee and tea service, and the consistently attentive service throughout the hotel. The breakfast spread was excellent as well. We hope to be back again soon.
