Property was clean and presentable however lobby was under construction. Room was clean but bathroom door locks get stuck, tv in the bedroom had blown speakers, coffee pot didn’t work and when requests were made for new coffee pot and extra blankets it took me going downstairs to demand for me to get these things!!! The room was nice and clean. Beds were comfortable, the view from the oceanfront balcony was beautiful! Pool and ocean access were great!!

The room was very clean and spacious, great atmosphere and amenities and many things to do on the property. I loved the balcony and Ocean view. Yunel and staff was very polite and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

We stayed for 5 days for a family vacation. loved it!, Was beautiful!! Two pools one for adults both were well maintained with a bar in the middle serving yummy bites and frozen drinks 🍹 our unit was perfect two bedrooms was awesome for the young people gorgeous views very clean. Staff was great Daniel at the bar Analiz at the front desk and our amazing beach chair guy found our EarPods and returned them to us Can’t wait to come back Feeling blessed GOD is GREAT 🙏

Amenities such as the pool were nice but close quite early. Decor of the hotel is kind of tacky. The apt itself was not at all as described but staff was friendly in trying to fix things. However even their own website description did not seem to match the apt. Blankets and bedsheets had either holes or stains in them. And some of the blankets were not typical hotel blankets so quality was inconsistent. Ok for the price and works great for big groups but lots of inconsistencies and lack of quality check.

Hotel is clean and central located to all miami has to offer, has an adults pool and kids pool, pool bar with food. direct access to the beach with chairs, wasnt aware how big and spacious our unit was going to be, full kitchen, full size fridge.

The valet, front desk and pool attendance and servers were all very good. Great pools and lounge availability and great beach access. The units vary in terms of condition depending on the individual owner We had a fantastic ocean view but the unit itself wasn’t upgraded to a good standard years ago when done and is aging poorly and not in the best condition

Only complaint was that it was expensive, but seeing it was a one night stay on New Year’s Eve, it’s kind of understandable. The apartment was nice though and the views were nice.

The property is in need of an upgrade, the rooms are dated, need repairs and upgrades.. The location is excellent and directly located beside an inexpensive parking lot.. The beach and pools area was very good

We stayed in room 1210, very clean. Plenty of towels . Hotel front desk friendly. Only complaint only 1 elevator operating. But you can take the service elevator. To operate the elevator you need to use uour wristband and can only go to your floor on lobby. Jowever if ypu need a different floor as well ask the front desk to add thst floor to your wristband
