Very friendly and helpful front desk team, beautiful room with a comfortable bed and great shower. Prime location with beautiful views. The hotel was able to help book transport, hot air balloon, and a camel ride!

We stayed in the Sultan suite and it was amazing, lots of room and a lovely jacuzzi. The restaurant upstairs was great and there were beautiful views from all over the property. We got to use the pool at the neighbouring hotel, Aza, which was very nicely situated next to a fairy chimney. The staff were very attentive and even helped us arrange some excursions that were some of the most memorable part of the trip. Highly recommend the Kings Breakfast! The only downside for the suite was that it was located under the terrace, so you could hear the music and people moving chairs upstairs until about 11 when it closed.

Simply wow! This hotel is unlike any other—built into the rock formations with stunning views over Göreme and the morning hot air balloons. The cave-style room was spacious and beautifully designed, blending modern comforts with antique charm. Navigating the winding stairs to the rooftop restaurant added to the adventure. Seten Restaurant was fantastic for both breakfast and dinner. The hotel also arranged incredible tours, including a hot air balloon ride and a visit to the underground city. Be sure to stay a few days—balloon launches depend on weather. A truly unforgettable stay.
