The entire staff assisted and made our week long family trip such an a Amazing trip! Great attention to details and superb customer service! From the porch overlooking the ocean, the spacious, comfortable rooms, and the excellent food options ranging from poolside to table service!! The hotel itself was beautiful, the lobby was perfectly air conditioned when walking in, however, there was a strong fragrance upon entering which was a bit rough for those with reactive asthma. Room was as pictured, clean, well maintained, in room air conditioning worked very well. Restaurants were easy to find and had a good amount of food options, even an ice cream shop with coffee.

The ocean view was fabulous!! We were on the 6th floor that enabled us to see the fireworks from a distance!! My son is in a wheelchair, and so happy every thing was accessible!! The lazy river was a plus for him with the beach being unable to utilize, looked like they were adding a ramp going to the sand!! Can’t wait, will be back!!!

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Great resort, well kept, and amenities abound. Since the sargassum belt (seaweed) reached the shores of this resort, they had a tractor remove it. We noticed many other resorts do not. Top notch property, can't wait to return.

Beach staff are great! Johnny is always courteous and very quick to assist whatever is needed anytime. The entire water staff in particular actually. Housekeeping greet with a smile eveytime. Staff was amazing from check in to pool staff to bartender they were all amazing. So friendly. Loved the lazy river and pool service. Room was upgraded at a very reasonable price. We will be back for sure.
