We absolutely loved every aspect of our stay at Novotel Cusco. The location is unbeatable. The hotel is within easy walking distance of everything in Cusco's historic center, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. There are also several excellent restaurants just 1–2 minutes away. The breakfast was outstanding. I always look for hotels with an excellent breakfast. The room was, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. I would absolutely stay here again without hesitation.

I LOVED my stay at Novotel Cusco. Namely due to the excellent, welcoming, and friendly staff. I was there as a solo female traveler and felt safe a walking back to Novotel and felt welcomed home. It’s also a very convenient location to the regular tourist beat. Easy to walk to most places you’d want to go within 10 minutes. I had no problem being picked up or dropped off by any tour agency. Lastly, the food is really good that Yaku Burger bangs.

Beautiful lobby, friendly staff, nice and clean rooms. My only complaints are that the hotel is a bit chilly and the restaurant was slow, although the food was good. Overall, a great hotel for the area. Would stay again!
