Second time here, after 10 years! One of the best times compared to other resorts we've stayed at. Their nightly shows are exciting, always something different. Love the options for pools, restaurants, and things to do here. Beach is nice as well! Staff are all super friendly! Highly recommend staying here, sure we will be back again. Thanks again! Our stay was awesome, we enjoyed all the restaurants, the pools, beach, and lazy river. Snorkeling off the beach we saw cool fish and a couple of monkeys in the morning on the walking paths. Highly recommend booking through Expedia as the resort provided us with our own personal concierge. Alfred was very helpful with all our needs and made sure we got the most of all the resort had to offer. The spa benefit through booking with Expedia was an unexpected gift that was awesome and very refreshing.

An Amazing Experience at Grand Sirenis Hotel & Spa, Mexico! 🌴☀️ We had a wonderful stay at Grand Sirenis! The beautiful resort and incredible staff made our vacation truly special. A special thank you to the concierge team from building 10 — Nairobi, Grean, Itzel, and Vicente — for their kindness, professionalism, and helpfulness throughout our trip. We also appreciate Louan from the spa for the wonderful care, Fabian from the Ultimate team for his positive attitude, and Anahi and Dagoberto from the dining team for their excellent service. Your dedication made our stay memorable, and we are truly grateful. We highly recommend Grand Sirenis and hope to return soon! ❤️🌴

Had a great time at this property. Staff was awesome. Always helpful and super nice. Food was nothing that blew us away but it was good. About the same as the other resorts we have visited in the past. Our room was spacious and always cool. ACAT building. I think the beach was lacking. It was not our favorite.

We stayed here for a week with our 3 kids and it was amazing. The staff made us feel like family. We enjoyed the pool and all of the restaurants. Ver clean property and we will definitely come back again.

Staff is amazing and always helpful, food is pretty good except at Carnal. We have been 4 time prior and now it's all about the members. Only really cheap alcohol unless your a paid member. You will get hounded to attent the membership tour multiple times a day by multiple employees. The way it's going you won't be able to stay here unless your a member

Property is beautiful. Swimming pools and amenities were great. Rooms were clean and spacious with great a/c Mini bar stocked daily. Booking the themed restaurants wasn’t easy. A few were closed for refurbs and some not open for half the week. Getting a table was hard as they seem to save a lot of them for the members they have. You do get hassled quite regularly by some of the concierge especially to go to membership/timeshare meetings with the promise they will book you a table if you go.

I had a wonderful stay at Grand Sirenis! From the moment I arrived I felt like a VIP guest. The staff were incredible & always willing to help with anything I needed. Alfred was able to help book all the restaurants and Edgar was amazing!! Thank you to all the staff for making my vacation so enjoyable. The hydrotherapy & massage were fantastic (thank you Seleñe) & I loved all the pools and the lazy river. Truly a fantastic week & I hope to come back one day!

This was one of the best all inclusive stays my wife and I have had. The food is better than the other ones out there and the staff if great. Our concierge Alfred and Carlos were great to deal with. Anything we needed they were on top of. The Spa is far above the others as well. We will be back soon and can’t wait to try the other Sirenis in other countries.

The resort was gorgeous, staff was friendly and room was very clean. HOWEVER, I have NEVER felt so insecure from the many times I have visited the Riviera Maya. In our first day we headed to the resort beach and we were approached by an individual to offer us drugs. This individual was intimidating and was in the beach resort by one pf the hotel bars all day accompanied by someone else doing the same thing. I felt as if they were watching us all the time and there was not 1 day they wouldn’t offer my husband or I something. I didn’t feel safe to go on walks by the beach in the morning as they were always just watching and the resort is massive. It hurts me to see what Mexico is turning out to be im security.

Absolutely loved our time here at Grand Sirenis. The staff were really welcoming and accommodating. The grounds were very clean and well maintained. We liked that it was not a party atmosphere because we were looking for a relaxing holiday and that's exactly what we got. By booking through Expedia we had our own concierge and got one free day at the spa.
