Very relaxing, great food, terrific staff

We came down here with 12 people. All 12 of us had the time of our lives! From the food to the golf course, to hotel hopping to the sister companies pools. The staff at our hotel, we had a private butler that set us up on trips and taxis. They were very accommodating to the 12. The butlers made reservations for us during dinner hours. Even though you can’t swim in this beach, we hopped on the shuttles to the sister hotels and swam at that beach. Such a wonderful time!

From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this place sets a high standard for hospitality and guest experience. The resort itself is top notch – beautifully maintained grounds, modern facilities, and a relaxing atmosphere that made our vacation feel truly special. The staff deserves special praise. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. What stood out most was how they remembered our names throughout the stay. The gym facilities were excellent. It was well-equipped with a wide variety of machines, plenty of free weights, and ample space. Dining was another highlight. We ate at multiple restaurants throughout our stay, and the food was great each night. The variety of restaurants made for a unique dining experience for each meal.

Property was well maintained and kept clean. Our room seemed to be in need of updating but we found it clean and functional. We were impressed with the staff always seemed to be working very hard, acknowledging guests and professional. Thank you especially to Sam (server) and the staff member preparing our breakfast omelettes both at Siempre restaurant.

We had a great overall experience at this resort. The food was outstanding and easily the best all inclusive food we’ve had. There was a great variety, and everything was fresh and well prepared. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but they are definitely showing their age and could use a remodel. That said, the property was well maintained, and the staff was friendly and attentive throughout our stay. One feature we really appreciated was the shuttle service to the other properties and the golf course. It was convenient, reliable, and made it easy to enjoy everything the resort area had to offer. While the rooms could use an update, the excellent food, great service, and convenient amenities made for a wonderful vacation. We would definitely stay here again.
