This hotel had so many mixed reviews and I was skeptical however from the moment we arrived we were well greeted, staff was friendly, room was clean and well cleaned daily and the food and drinks was nothing but amazing! It’s a clean property. The food is good. They do have a lot of day activities and the night entertainment was good. Beach is very small but it is right next to the ferry that takes you to Isla Mujeres which is a must to visit. Plenty of lounge chairs around the pool and beach.

I loved the food and drinks and the rooms. The service was excellent. I didn’t like that there wasn’t an open beach to walk along it, it was just the beach in front of the hotel. Next to the hotel is the peer to go to Isla Mujeres.

Very clean. Good staff. Everything in one area ( not big ). Down side is they play music all day until 10 pm. If you wanted to chill in the room you are going to hear it all day long. No naps!
