Parking was great. Hotel has a skywalk to the Arena. Itvwas very convenient. Staff at front desk were very pleasant to talk to. Sandra was very helpful!! We didn't get breakfast there.
Location and hotel property were good but the staff at the reception was terrible. On check in I was informed that I have a 30 dollar credit being a Hilton Gold. Now I know that if you book thru a third party like Expedia this credit is subject to the property. In this case on check in I was informed. HOWEVER on check out they charged me for the same. Paying a 1000 dollars for 3 nights the 90 is not a back breaker but it’s a smart way for the hotel to make money. BE CAREFUL
Great customer Service.Friendly staff from the parking garage until we made it in the hotel all very polite.Stayed was attending a show at the peoples bank arena.Perfect location for that you can just skywalk over from the 2nd floor.Room was clean.Would definetly stay again!
The front desk staff was excellent. They acknowledged that I am a Hilton Honors member. The room was nice - comfortable bed, TV worked fine.
I had breakfast with friends at the Marriott a few blocks away, and I was blown away. Why can’t the Hilton offer a good breakfast? Why don’t you offer free coffee for guests? a
Sorry, but compared to the Marriott, Hilton amenities are very cheap.
