Check-in was good. Room 1780 was quiet, as requested and it had a wonderful view of the city, especially the city night lights! It was spacious enough for two. Curtains are automated. The bed was comfortable, for our personal preference. Small mini bar with limited contents. A kettle, but no espresso machine in the room. Robes and slippers provided! 😉 Room service was limited and only until 9.00pm.

From the check-in counter and back again, our stay at the Crown Promenade was everything we wanted! The house-keeping staff were friendly and prompt and the security people were awesome as well!

Staff are awesome, we had a room upgrade and a complementary bottle of bubbles for my sisters birthday which we greatly appreciated. The only thing I’d like to me to mention is the vents in the steam room need a clean, otherwise it is definitely our favourite place to stay in the city 😊

Great location and staff. However the room was incredibly bland. And the shower needed the finesse of a safe robber to manage - 1mm either way in the hot tap was the difference between scolding hot enough to melt your skin off, or cold enough to be considered an ice bath.

It was fine but not great. I received an upgrade which was nice but not mentioned at time of checkin. Room was a bit grim. Stains on floor. Staff checking in was unhelpful. I asked a question about the facility and they told me to google it. Weird and cold experience.

Averagely, the hotel is OK. The cleanliness is not doing well as an used towel was in shower room without being cleaned up. The quantilities of amentities are not paired with its room price, and even a slipper and a shoehorn are not available. The room size is big enough. There's no type-C plug. The TV function is shortage of youtube channel and the available channels are the same as those old ones, which you'd never like to watch. The location though is in south bank, there's no coffee shops around. The worth thing is walking distance to the river side to enjoy good seafoods/beefs at a nice restaruant!
