Overall the property is fantastic. Perfect location and friendly staff. We did have a small issue with the faucet coming out of the sink and broke while we were using it this morning.
The perfect place to celebrate a birthday! We booked a cabana and a room, and everything went so smoothly. All of my guests were able to enter the pool area without any issues, which made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. We had an amazing time, and I will definitely be celebrating here again!

Can’t give a higher review because the AC in the lobby (including the restaurant) was out of service for our entire 4 night stay, which was disappointing.
Fortunately the AC in our room and the fitness center was working. The room was very nice and the pool club was great as well.
The valet staff and shuttle were great as well.
We brought our 12lbs Morkie to stay with us on our staycation here. The staff brought us dog bowls, dog bed and even treats for our little one. Very helpful, and very accommodating. Nearby restaurants made dinner easy and elegant. Highly recommend The Mexican next door.
This hotel has so much potential but unfortunately fell so short.
The rooms were great, beds are comfy and amenities were all thought out well.
The service and execution were so disappointing.
Our room was serviced once in 4 days. During the service only the bed was made. Not even the empty glasses and dirty towels we replaced.
The restaurant service was beyond terrible. Both the restaurant and coffee shop were out of most items on the menu and promotions advertised.
Tables in the restaurants, patios and roof tops were left dirty for like 8+ hours. It was gross.
We stayed at the Virgin in Nashville and had a wonderful time. Unfortunately we dont see ourselves returning to this location.
stayed at this hotel during a business trip, and I was impressed by the attentive service and well-maintained facilities. The fitness center and pool were great for relaxing after a long day. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere."
The rooms in the hotel are great. Beds are very comfortable and rooms are spacious. Great mini bar/bar selections. The front desk was helpful too. The problem is in the bar/restaurant. The bartenders are very slow. The waitstaff is properly trained and everyone is unorganized. We had to chase down staff to order anything and then we’re rarely checked on. Multiple servers and a chef came up to us (unprompted) to complain how busy they were and how they were exhausted. There was no service on their patio and even though it was basically self serve outside, our empty plates and glasses were left uncleared for hours (checking back to the same spot we ate after being out all day and dirty dishes were untouched) There’s so much potential in the dining area but everyone seemed clueless including the management. Very off brand.
Staff was great, check in was easy. But the lobby and Common Club lounge area were so hot. It's Texas in August, why isn't that air fixed. Then were were told the pool wouldn't open until 4 which is the primary reason we booked the staycation. Once it opened and we went up it was obviously the condition of the water was the issue, so cloudy you couldn't see the bottom of 3 feet, cups were floating, after an hour they cleared everyone back out, I expect more from this caliber of property. The room was fine, the sitting areas were nice, courtesy car was a big bonus but again we just expected a little more. Staff was great but property upkeep was a disappointment.
Loved the hotel. The bar and restaurant were excellent. Troy, our bartender, was super friendly, as were the other wait staff. Try the Mexican next door. Some of the best Mexican food I have ever had!

Our stay at Virgin has zero complaints! The staff was excellent, the room was comfortable, clean and quiet with a fantastic view. The amenities were great, we took advantage of the car service and enjoyed drinks at the Commons Club. All around a great stay.
