The resort and room were clean and beautiful. The front desk guy was knowledgeable about the property, professional and friendly. The pool staff and servers were also very friendly. I like that everything you need is in the resort. I would highly recommend to stay here.
Loved this property! All the staff I inter with was so friendly and helpful. My room was very spacious and comfortable. Great meals at the restaurants I visited. I will definitely stay here again!
We loved the accommodations- spacious, clean, private and quiet.
The only negative was the shower. Water pressure very low and products were lackluster. Spa appointments were difficult to obtain. Communication was very good. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Will go back! A+
The hotel property is clean and beautiful with nature. The Lochness pool is always a good time with great staff members making it memorable. The food and drinks are great
Great property, central to many attractions. Great pool Loch Nesh , but check to make sure it’s not closing early for a special event during your stay.
It was clean quit dated but nice views. No elevator or any bellman to help with luggage unless you call and request it then it was then carrying luggage down steps. The signage is awful no lights to see the areas where to go looking for dinner or back to your condo. The signs are old and faded. In the dark it was so hard to navigate at least use solar lights by signs. The parking is no lights either it’s very dark and unsafe feeling while walking to and from car no way to see tripping hazards. The main big pool was nice but bathrooms were dated and needs attention. The life guard by the slides wears golf attire no way they are getting in the water.
Have stayed at Innisbrook several times and always had great experiences. Although there were a couple of minute issues with the room they weren’t noteworthy. The rooms we had were very clean, comfortable and quiet. We had our son and his family with us so having rooms just a short walk to the Lochness pool was an added bonus. Have taken other grandchildren there and always have a great time make wonderful memories.
All Staff at this place were great and that’s the only good part. We moved rooms 3 times in 3 days. The rooms are antiquated. You feel like you are staying at grandma’s house back in the 60’s. Add the musty odor on top of that. First room had a musty odor along with a bathroom fan that sounded like a jet plane. Room number 2 the air conditioning seemed to quit just after our arrival. 90 degree days with 80 percent humidity. Maintenance could not repair the problem so on to Room 3 which smelled as if someone may have smoked in the room. It seemed they attempted to cover up with deodorizer and some type of cleaner. All 3 rooms were dated including furniture, carpet and decor. If only they took care of the rooms like they do the grounds.

Liked: Cleanliness
Property was beautiful and well maintained. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Rooms were a bit dated and definitely needed some upgrades. No fridge in regular rooms, so you have to rely on ice which was a bit inconvenient. Property is huge and it was hard to navigate and find our room at first. We didn’t get the chance to use the many pools, but they close at 8pm which was early in my opinion. The resort fees add up per day, and is a little expensive if you don’t take advantage of the amenities.
Clean rooms. Such a relaxing resorts. Great restaurants. Also very friendly staff. Chris at the front desk was so helpful with a great personality. We will definitely be back again.
