The location in Sanford is good close to the roads with restrictions close to. The staff and staying are okay. The cons they need to upgrade or remodel completely the rooms very old. And the parking lot lights were off the whole night.

4/10 Poor

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
I didn’t like that the kitchen had ants, as soon as you walked in ants were on the counter. As many time as you wiped them off they were back. I told the staff “ they are preparing to renovate the property so they didn’t want to spent any money “. Oftentimes the staff was hard to locate in the lobby. The overall quality of the property was poor. The section I was in was nonsmoking, never the less when I opened my door the smell was strong and it wasn’t just cigarettes either. When you first walked up to the lobby doors you could smell marijuana, people sitting outside smoking, dogs with their owners out side no leash. The overall appearance of the building is old and not well taken care of. The staff was a plus for the most part they were friendly .
