Great location. Nice clean room, small but had everything I needed. Good fitness center. The HVAC control in my room was not intuitive and I struggled a little bit to keep the temp where I wanted it. Everything I needed was within a block: diner, bagel shop, subway station to Manhattan.

Everything was wonderful, beautiful hotel, clean rooms with really cool view. we loved the bar and the bartenders Adrian and Tyrone. the front desk staff was also really helpful. the only thing was that the pool was not open the week we booked and this was never mentioned. it said that the pool would be opened from may and it was late may.

The hotel has a clean, modern vibe... not stuffy at all... the staff without exception were excellent! Helpful, friendly and they all remembered me and my sister throughout our stay. We were staying at the Indigo for a wedding nearby and the staff went out of their way to let us have an early check-in to prepare for the wedding. Even the other guests at the hotel were super friendly and helped us navigate the key cards required for the elevator. We highly recommend the Hotel Indigo and will stay there again the next time we're in Brooklyn!

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are clean with excellent, firm beds and great shower. Very reasonable prices for this quality, in the heart of Williamsburg next to L line with quick and simple access to everything in Manhattan. Couldn’t recommend it more highly

I want to recognize the excellent service I received from Abel, who provided great service over the phone prior to the day of my booking. The day of my booking started off a little frustrating only because I was unaware that a certain policy had been implemented, which I completely understand now. However, Chandler, the supervisor, did a great job acknowledging my frustration while also being very understanding and professional. His approach helped me become more understanding of the situation as well. Alongside him, Jamela and Jhony were also wonderful and provided great customer service throughout the experience.
