Area of the property is a little rough but the property is fenced in. Rooms decent for the price. They are smoking rooms so the sheets and blanket did have a few burn holes and the couch was a little stained. The room offered a small refrigerator and microwave. There is an ice machine available which offer ice at a small fee. Staff was nice, friendly and helpful. Property is about 10 minutes from Bourbon St.

quiet, cold ac, slept so peaceful, clean and comfy, just what we needed for the night, would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again if needed! also loved the fact that it was a gated community, feeling of security and keeping unwanted people out ! stayed 1 night would definitely stay again!

Cheap, secure & close to downtown

Affordable gated motel away from the downtown traffic and crowds. Great customer service, BJ asked us every day if everything was good or if we needed anything. If you're not looking for views or luxury, want to save a lot of money and be close to the to tourist locations, book here.

Very run down and dirty. Never coming here again. Dead roaches under the bed, big hole in the wall, dirty stains in the tube. My God these people don't like spending money to maintain they property. Also they want a $50 deposit. For what?
