Good location, staff were incredibly helpful, the room was lovely too. This is my second time stopping at the hotel, and if I return to Boston in the future, this will be the first I look to book.
The rooms were very beautiful, luxurious. Plenty of amenities. The hotel was in a nice location in walking distance to practically anything you need. We enjoyed our stay.
Excellent hotel to stay near downtown. Rooms are clean and spacious, beds are very comfortable and they have great service people. Didn't try the local.restaurant
Check-in: very fast and easy.
Staff: very helpful and easy going. They adapt and make sure you're taken care of.
Room: Decent size and very clean. Has everything needed.
Shootout to Juan (valet) who was extremely helpful.
The location is very close to a Trader Jo’s and many restaurants. The hotel staff was amazing and willing to help with any needs. We forgot a toothbrush and they ran it up to us right away. The room had 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa, perfect for 3 adults and a teenager. It also had a refrigerator and freezer, stovetop, Nespresso machine and microwave
Really good room service compared to many other hotels I’ve been to. All staff were super helpful, kind, and accommodating. Knowledgeable bartender. Quiet. A perfect escape during a work trip.
It was perfect for our needs, the T was right across the street for easy access to Fenway and downtown. It was clean, and staff were very nice and very helpful. We would definitely stay there again!
Clean, quiet and convenient location close to schools and the T. Staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious. We had a great stay and would highly recommend. My only complaint is the $55 per night parking fee which we avoided by parking offsite.
The hotel is in great location, nice food places and stores to go in walking distance. Everyone working at the hotel was amazing, really helpful. They treat you super well, great people. We loved our stay, definitely our top choice for staying in Boston!
Checking in was so fast & friendly. We immediately felt comfortable & knew it was going to be a good stay (younger girl with glasses -tell her great job!) we got to our room and wow. Just beautiful. Comfortable beds, great lighting, and a little kitchen. Most importantly I love a good bathroom when traveling. It was spacious and the shower was amazing. The property is in a great location lots of shops, close to the green line, and highly walkable. I found myself a local coffee shop I visiting every morning a block away. We travel a lot and I would say this hotel is definitely top 3 of hotels in recent memory. Thanks for a great stay and change nothing.
I really enjoyed my stay at the Iris Hotel! Our room was very clean and comfortable, the bathrooms were beautiful, and I especially liked the kitchenette in the room! The staff were warm and friendly as well. Would definitely stay here again!
The front desk staff was nowhere to be found when we first got there & when she did show up she didn’t seem happy to be there for whatever reason! Throughout our stay it seemed they had little staff because it was often hard to find someone like a server in the restaurant or the bartender in the main lobby. The hotel was cute & quaint & conveniently located in an interesting area. I probably won’t stay there again because it unfortunately didn’t impress me. Too bad.
The rooms were beautiful, the staff was professional, welcoming and helpful. The first person who greeted us was very accommodating and helped us book our first excursion on the Duck Boat and showed us where to board the T. Loved the decor in the rooms.
