Great sized rooms with plenty of extras - really thoughtful of any needs. Location is super convenient and walkable distance to the main temple Kiyomizu-dera as well as the city center. They also have a great onsen, which is very relaxing after a full day of sightseeing. Will definitely come back here when I visit Kyoto again.

They truly went above and beyond to make sure my stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The hotel was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and had such a warm, inviting atmosphere. Perfect location. Nice clean and very quiet hotel. Try the restaurant next door Tempura Endo - exquisite. Only downside - regular rooms are super small - we only had carry-ons and backpack and barely squeezed. If you have luggage - get a larger room or you'll be very frustrated. Staff was great.
