The Oliver is a classic boutique hotel offering an exceptional level of service and quality. The location for downtown Knoxville can't be beat. It's adjacent to market square where are there so many different activities, restaurants, and shops.

The Oliver Hotel is the only place we will stay when we visit family in Knoxville. Beautifully appointed lobby, stairways, elevator, hallways and Rooms! We stay twice a year at the Oliver now for 4 to 7 days at a time. The beds are dreamy! Cozy, super clean rooms with everything one needs and MORE! Love the temperature controls for cooling down the hot summers and heating up cooler Christmas nights. Valet parking is easy—not to mention that Cruz Farms Ice Cream is just up the block! Friendly help and advice from Chris and AJ is top notch. The restaurant food and the fun drinks and snacks at the Library bar are not to be missed. All the staff at the Oliver get gold stars! Treat yourself to the exceptional Hospitality at the Oliver Hotel in Knoxville, TN.

This hotel is so cute and the AC is fantastic - very important to us! The room and bathroom are so adorable and the beds are super chic and comfy! The staff made sure we were happy with extra drinks and anything we needed.

My husband and I can in for a little anniversary celebration and truly enjoyed our stay. The rooms were cozy clean and exceptional. The staff was very friendly and helpful with things we were asking about nearby. You definitely need to check out the speakeasy as well during your stay. 10 out of 10.
