Property is in a very convenient location for walking distance to every main area to see in osaka. Not many omenities within the hotel so I wouldn't recommend it if that's what you are looking for, however everything you might need is very close by.

Great stay- super clean and modern. Rooms are not the biggest, and to be honest, still can't open luggage all the way, but given the overall room and bed size, the stay here was very comfortable and more than made up for it. Nice to have a small selection of food and drinks in the lobby, with convenience stores close by. Cheap and practical laundry room was also good. A short walk to the train station and a lot of action. Very comfortable stay- Recommended.

One of the nicest designed hotel rooms stayed at. Is a good room size for a Japanese hotel. Was well located and excellent breakfast. Only slight downside is that hotel caters for a lot of tour groups (didn't bother us but you may have an occasional crowded breakfast or reception area).
