Not only was this place outdated and dirty, the smell of urine was present in all three of the rooms our party booked. Such a disappointment.

I did not like to have to use the room card to access strait, elevator and even breakfast room, but I guess is to keep the place safe and is for the good of all guesses

A bit of a throwback as a property. Very nice, helpful staff. Convenient to Old Town with restaurants and fun activities. Transportation center is only a third of a mile. Like most cities, San Diego has folks with behavioral health issues hanging at the transit center but police are very present so no real safety issues.

It was walking distance ro Old Towne San Diego. The staff was kind and friendly and the rooms were perfect for a place to sleep and shower while having adventures.

We received our room and when we entered the room it had a bad sour smell in the room that both myself and family member smelled. We returned to the front desk to inquire about a different room. The person at the desk said nothing and left the desk. Upon return we were told that the room smelled because of new furniture. There are two beds one desk and one chair so unsure of new furniture. No help to assist us with getting a different room. We left the property and lost our deposit.
