I loved this hotel! The staff was very kind, and answered every question and concern we had throughout our stay. We ordered room service and there was a bit of a mixup and when we brought it to the front desk attendants attention, he immediately made it right and said that is not their standard and apologized profusely. The only downside to this hotel is the area, but they make up for it by having security 24/7.
