Went to our room and the floor had stains and pulled the sheets back and they did as well. Tried getting our money back and they fought me with it that they gave me a partial refund but wouldn’t give me a full refund although we didn’t stay there as the room was dirty, and Was a safety issue as I was traveling with young kids and with very unpleasant and unprofessional staff! Very unhappy with this and do not recommend. We camp in tents in the summer and I’d rather sleep in a sleeping bag on the ground than this hotel! Very disappointed in this wingate motel and since we weren’t able to get full refund was disappointed as well. If you stay here be sure to check rooms for bed bugs and try seeing room before checking in-which I was told that was the only way they would have refunded me the full price if I would have checked the room first! Didn’t know seeing the room before checking in was even possible but do this or you will be disappointed in only a partial!
