Nice big rooms, breakfast was delicious, Sky Lounge had a DJ one of the nights. Convenient location next to tram or bus stop. Sunset view with the bridge in the background was perfect! Staff was nice to offer suggestions. Housekeeping done daily.

The staff were outstanding. They were always attentive and even acknowledged our wedding anniversary. The location is great for reaching the beach or the downtown. We will definitely stay here again. Love this hotel.

This hotel's location is ideal. It's located close to public transportation, the hop-on hop-off bus stop, the mall, airport restaurants and city center. The staff is awesome...courteous and very helpful. Although centrally located it's very quiet and very scenic from the roof top. The amenities are excellent, and the breakfast selections are sufficient and tasty.

A beautiful artdeco building restored to a hotel. The rooms are comfortable and quiet. Lobby is large airy and spacious. The front desk staff are very helpful and efficient. It's very convenient to get a taxi or get on the historic tram. Not many amenities beyond that. The restaurant is overpriced, unimpressive and the staff are not very good. We placed a food order at lunch, in an empty restaurant, and waited twenty minutes for food that never came! They're good news Is there are lots of good restaurants within a very close five minute walk. The location by the river is scenic and conducive to strolling. We would stay again , but just would not eat in the hotel restaurant.

The hotel is clean and with amazing location with a view to the river. The breakfast is perfect with live music. I got to the hotel very late due to the flight and the staff provided me an upgrade to a en-suite with a view to the river. The en-suite was 10/10 . I loved it . The only downside was that I was not able to use the bathtub because couldn’t have warm water there. It was a bit disappointing. Also the very downside that I found was that they don’t open the rooftop until 12am. So if you go there just for a night and choose this hotel because of the rooftop too, forget it. Especially if you arrive late like me as the rooftop will be closed in the evening as well. Other than that everything was good.

The location of the hotel was great. Our room looked out at the river, trams went by often and there is a grocery store less than a block away. The staff is excellent and was very helpful when my husband got sick and needed to go to urgent care. The breakfast buffet had lots of variety, even a few gluten free/non-dairy items. The property could use some deep cleaning, especially the carpets. The road noise does get a bit loud. The room service menu was very limited.
