Location is great . It’s very clean and safe . Inova the host was amazing and very helpful. She even told me “you’re here on vacation and my job is to make everything smooth for you “. And you don’t hear this very often anymore .

We rented a car from the airport and stayed in key biscayne for two nights before boarding for a cruise.
Loved our stay at Beach Haus. Check in was easy, we got a door code ahead of time and could come and go as we pleased. The house was very spacious and clean and modern, we enjoyed the pool a lot. Plenty of restaurants and stores in walking distance, About 10-15 minutes from several beaches and parks with short trails to hike. We rented paddle boards at Lamar lake and were lucky enough to find two manatees. 20-30 minutes from downtown Miami, where we caught a movie and some food.
Would strongly recommend beach haus, and would definitely stay again.
Tried twice but couldn’t find public beach access walking from the haus, just a private walkway access. Definitely could have been user error though.
