The Paris hotel was amazing it’s more of a location for older adults. Very clean staff was amazing and very helpful. Pool is big and has lots of chairs and cabanas to choose from. LOCATION is a great spot
Enjoyed my stay, the room was clean, but the pillows were very thick. The staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful.

Room was very nice. Floor carpeting could use an upgrade and a coffee maker would be nice.
The restaurants and Casino were great. Location was really great.
Paris is a great hotel! Room was clean and comfortable. Check in was easy, i used the self service check in. There's many food choices, and i recommend making reservations for the dinner time.

Clean room, coffee shop and convenience store right at the bottom of the elevators. Everyone was very friendly.
Our room was beautiful and’s had a great view of the Eiffel Tower. The bed was very comfortable with great pillows. The pool deck had a lot of lounge chairs but they did fill up by mid-day
We had a very nice time. The staff were friendly and we felt like the air was not as smoky as some of the other casino's which was nice for non-smokers. I do wish there would have been a water dispenser so people could fill up their water bottles instead of having to buy water all the time.
The casino and common areas like restaurants and bars are the best but after not being there for 2 years the room was terrible. It was clean but in need of repairs and updating. Have stayed at this hotel 15 times and this was truly disappointing.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Location is great, restaurant choices are great, water pressure is really good, Bordeaux tower and fitness center really in need of an update. Room had some peeling wallpaper in bathroom, threadbare carpet throughout the room, and other signs of wear and tear. They said is is next for updating so hopefully that happens soon. Nothing that would make me not stay here again, but would probably be better in the other tower / horseshoe tower

We arrived on a Thursday and the hotel reception dragged us from deep in the parking lot to check in lugging our bags also there was a long line to check in with only 3 people staffed until we realized by chance that we could check in on kiosks set up on the left...i moved from waiting in line and useed the kiosks after i figured it out by myself also a very nice amenity would be coffee in the room the first morning we paid $9 for a cup of coffee because we went downstairs to get it very expensive and inconvenient "captive audience" aside very annoying. We were charged for 3 days parking and only parked a rental for one day but resolving that was going to extend our checkout putting us in a long line and having to get to the airport I now have to call and convince the Paris to take that off my bill or show that I wasn't parked for the whole stay.
On the bright the location of the hotel was great and the restaurant Mon Ami Gabi was wonderful we ate there 3 times with one being breakfast top notch service food and ambience.
Casino had roped off series of machines all over the place Thursday it wasn't a good casino in my opinion we went to old Vegas and enjoyed ourselves much more.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Our room lacked toiletries. There was no Bar soap for the sink and tub and conditioner dispenser in shower was empty. The shampoo in shower was akin to prell or dish soap. The sheer curtain was not attached inside window and baseboards were degraded. Wallpaper was peeling in several places in bathroom and carpet and bases of beds are stained. The lamp shades in bathroom have an accumulation of dust. Grime has built up in tile corners outside shower base. Bedside lamps are not secure to wall- they are wobbly and need reinstall. Outside of room the hallways are nice and hotel lobbies and common areas are pristine. Our check-in went smoothly and staff was friendly. My husband called security to check on me (his wife) and they never arrived. Turned out I was just sleeping and didn’t realize I had locked double bolt and husband couldn’t get in room. I eventually woke up but again, security never showed.
If you lift anything up on the tray in the room it will charge you for it even if you put it right back so watch for that! They need more casual restaurants in here, property was packed and people stuffed into elevators room was clean though
We love this hotel! It has such a beautiful atmosphere. The people that stay at this hotel are quiet- I would say this is not a “party” hotel. Restaurants are top notch, pool with a gorgeous view, even a car rental company on site! We will stay here everytime we come
