The only „negative“ comment is about the AC control in the room: it was not easy to adjust the temperature because the control unit did not really respond. So I could not adjust as I liked to. "The room was good but only one tiny window. The stall seemed helpful but we were advised that checkout was 9.30\. On checkout day we were again advised during breakfast that checkout was in 5 mins. At 1000EU per night they could relax a bit and let us at least finish our coffee before trudging half a Km to the parking. Also the breakfast was good but constantly having to ask for a coffee refill got a bit old. Finally one bathroom for 6 people was not convenient "

"Hotel itself was great. Easy access to the Metro. Just on the edge of Milan’s Chinatown. Only downside was the heat in the room ( too high) and because it’s on a main road/tram route you couldn’t have the window open at night. Even with the window closed it was loud road noise.
